I've kinda had a Rocky childhood. My younger ages were taken from me by my brother. I recently figured out my mom could've done something to stop it but didn't. She's always defended him and only punished me for being a victim. To this day he's still doing shit like this and he hasn't gotten a consequence. For the past 6 years my parents have been pretty abusive, and at some point it was so bad that I started sh. I haven't done it in a long time but I still have scars. This summer I got the opportunity to move in with my aunt, uncle, and cousins halfway across the us. I've never been better than this before and they want me to stay here because they know life was rough with my parents. I'm starting my sophomore year soon and im actually happy for once. I'm still trying to work through the problems and unlearn the habits I've acquired from being in such a toxic environment but for once I can say I think I'm gonna be ok. If anyone is reading this comment I just want you to know that your life can totally flip upside down in a minute for the better or worse. But things WILL GET BETTER. ♥ ♥

i have an ed and suicidal thoughts. i have done self harming before and i might do it again. i dont eat breakfast or lunch everyday. when i decided to skip dinner plus skipping breakfast and lunch for literally only 3 days, i almost passed out at school and got rushed to the nurses office by my overprotective friend who helped me walk down the staurs since i like literally couldnt walk i was limping and shaking and pale af. when i finally told someone, they helped me get a therapist. im a teenager btw. and im younger, so my parents are rly scared for me. i do write songs, and write in a journal and sketch. sometimes, these simple things help me calm down especially during anxiety or panic attacks. i have also shown signs of ADHD and my mental health got so bad to the point where i needed to just scream my heart out randomly at the dinner table. there is so much more i could say for me, other ppl ik, and just the topic in general. but my parents also got divorced when i was younger. i never really healed from that either. i need to listen to music. i need to look out my bedroom window when its raining. i need my room to be dark and this is also a sign where i later found out i was also depressed. still am. ppl make jokes abt depression and its "funny" at first, but it is a very serious thing. its not a fucking joke its real and it sucks. anyways sry for venting and writing a full ass paragraph but yea none of it is a joke.
